Common questions

Before sampling begins.

Can you develop fragrance for my detergent base?

Yes. Please share the base type, target dosage, scent direction, and intended market so suitability can be reviewed in the actual formulation.

Do you guarantee long-lasting laundry scent?

No universal duration is claimed. Performance depends on formula, dosage, format, and test conditions; evaluate samples in your finished product.

What is the minimum order?

Orders start from 5 L per fragrance, subject to formula and project requirements.

Can I discuss fragrance for a fabric softener as well as detergent?

Yes. Specify fabric softener in your brief and share its base, use level, dosing stage and fabric-scent goals. It is reviewed as a separate application; approval in a detergent does not automatically establish suitability in a softener.

Application and supply details

Build the brief around the laundry format.

Detergent, softener and microcapsule projects have distinct roles in a fabric-care range. Choose the relevant route and describe what the consumer should smell in the pack, during use and on the fabric.

Liquid detergent and laundry powder

Identify the liquid surfactant base or powder composition, how fragrance is added and the target dosage. Include the wash routine and the stages at which you will compare scent. Use the technical briefs above to record preparation and sample feedback consistently.

Fabric softener fragrance

A softener brief should identify the base, intended addition level, dosing stage and wet- versus dry-fabric scent goals. Send the softener base as its own application rather than assuming that a detergent fragrance is already approved for it. Include the desired appearance and storage-review conditions.

Microcapsules and a coordinated laundry range

For a capsule project, specify whether you are sourcing fragrance for encapsulation or discussing a prepared capsule format; supply scope must be confirmed. If detergent and softener should share a scent identity, identify each base separately and return comparison notes for each finished product.
